Andrew H. Lewis is an Associate Professor in the School of Education, Health and Human Performance’s (EHHP) Department of Health and Human Performance (HEHP). Andrew’s primary area of interest is Sport Pedagogy. He feels that fostering the growth of future professionals is one of his most important contributions to the profession. During his 30 year tenure at the College of Charleston he has also served in the following administrative positions: Director of Professional Development in Education, Interim Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies, Department Chair (HEHP) for eleven years, and currently serves as Interim Associate Dean of EHHP.
Andrew is past President of South Carolina and Southern District AHPERD and was one of two candidates for the office of President-elect of (AAHPERD) his National Association.
